Our client urgently needed support with surface repairs ahead of the delivery of a new Air Ambulance. Surface depressions across the front of the Air Ambulance hangar would have prevented the helicopter from safely entering or exiting.
To complicate matters, the delivery was being televised, leaving no margin for error and a hard deadline of less than four weeks. The client had spoken to other contractors, but none could provide a viable solution in
time.

OUTCO immediately prioritised the request, turning around a full site assessment, proposal and delivery plan in record time. From first client contact on 6th August to project completion on 26th August, just 20 days in total, we made sure the site was ready before the helicopter’s arrival.
