    Site Cleaner Based at Crowborough Retail Park. Our Grounds Maintenance Services division specialises in commercial landscape & facilities management and is delivered across the UK. Our business is continually growing, and we are looking to recruit a Site Cleaner to join us immediately to work at our site at Crowborough Retail Park. Being able to apply exemplary customer service/satisfaction, innovation and achieving a positive commercial impact are the cornerstones of our business. THE ROLE Duties will include cleaning outside areas, emptying litterbins, litter picking in car park, walkways, grass and shrubbed areas Using tools and machinery, when necessary, with all tools and equipment provided – use of small Hako sweeper around kerb’s & walkways Being vigilant of your surroundings and proactively reporting anything of concern Positive attitude and not afraid to take on additional responsibilities if and when required Lone working & responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and tidy ABOUT YOU Be eligible to work in the UK Positive attitude and ability to take on additional responsibilities if and when required Friendly and approachable This is a good opportunity to join OUTCO and in return for the right candidate we offer: ​Living wage salary 9 hours per week 6 days per week on 1.5 hours per day ​33 days annual leave (pro-rated), including bank holidays Company pension Career growth and further development ​Job Type: Part-time

    REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - MIDLANDS Our Grounds Maintenance Services division specialises in commercial landscape management and we deliver services across the UK. Our business is continually growing and as a result of this expansion we are looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager to help to grow our business and acquire new business. The Regional Account Manager’s focus is on keeping clients satisfied with the company's services, fixing any reliability issues, and building strong relationships with our existing, and potential clients. The position requires an experienced and talented account management with excellent commercial instincts and exceptional client relationship management skills.THE ROLE• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities • Delivering KPI’s and key customer satisfaction scores by ensuring customers’ requirements are achieved • Working closely with everyone within the Account Management and sales team with regards to retention planning for all accounts under your remit. • Playing an active role in the client retention programme for each division service line and across them all. • Being the first point of contact for own Account escalations, and problem resolution. • Visiting and speaking with clients and undertaking site visits to existing and new clients, which may require frequent travel within the UK. • Assisting clients in reviewing their contracts and providing information and advice.ABOUT YOU• Previous sales experience in winning and securing large contracts or in delivering to the Facilities Management or Property Management market – this would be highly advantageous. • Has the ability to sell contracts in a seasonal business within a challenging budget restricted environment.• Can demonstrate in-depth experience of working with a varied and demanding client base and be able to deal confidently with staff at all levels. • Has relevant experience and a good understanding of the property & facilities management environment or NHS/ public sector markets• Can demonstrate exemplary client relationship management skills, possessing proven relationship building skills and be responsive to customers' requests. • Has the ability to deliver results, with a proven track record of delivering or exceeding previous sales targets, growing a business whilst being continually attuned to clients’ needs and industry developments. • Good IT skills, confident user of CRM systems, MS Office and able to use web-based systems. • Can demonstrate success in improved service delivery and customer satisfaction.BENEFITS This is an exciting opportunity to join OUTCO, in return for the right candidate we offer: Competitive Salary25 days annual leaveCompany PensionCareer Growth and further developmentCompany EAP and Death in Service Benefit
