OUTCO Road Sweeping Capability
OUTCO employs various types of road sweeping techniques to effectively clean different types of surfaces and areas. OUTCO capabilities include:
Manual Sweeping: Boots on the ground, sometimes still the best solution for difficult to reach areas or where mechanisation simply isn’t appropriate.
Mechanical Sweeping: Mechanical sweepers are commonly used for routine road sweeping. These machines use rotating brushes and vacuum systems to sweep and collect debris from the surface.
Regenerative Air Sweeping: This method utilises a high-velocity air stream to dislodge and lift debris from the surface. The debris is then collected into a hopper using suction.
Vacuum Sweeping: Vacuum sweepers create a powerful suction to lift and collect debris from the surface. They are effective for removing finer particles, such as dust and leaves.
Magnetic Sweeping: Magnetic sweepers are used to pick up metallic debris, such as nails and screws, from road surfaces. They utilsze a magnetised bar or roller to attract and collect the metallic objects.
Waterless Sweeping: Waterless sweeping techniques involve using specialised brushes and suction systems to sweep and collect dry debris without the need for water. This method is often used in areas where water conservation is a priority.
Rotary Sweeping: Rotary sweepers utilise rotating brushes or brooms to sweep and collect debris from the surface. These sweepers are effective for cleaning larger areas, such as highways and industrial sites.
Lorry-Mounted Sweeping: Lorry-mounted sweepers are large machines mounted on trucks, providing mobility and versatility. They are capable of sweeping large areas quickly and efficiently.
Walk-Behind Sweepers: Walk-behind sweepers are manually operated machines that are pushed or guided by an operator. They are commonly used for smaller areas, such as pavements and car parks.
Ride-On Sweepers: Ride-on sweepers are larger machines that allow the operator to ride on the equipment while sweeping. They are suitable for cleaning medium to large-sized areas efficiently.
These are the main types of road sweeping techniques we use to clean various surfaces and areas effectively. The selection of the appropriate method depends on the specific requirements, size of the area, and type of debris to be cleared.
