Installation

Spacing
When installing bollards in a facility, it is important to space them properly. The recommended spacing is 1.4-1.5 meters apart, centre to centre. This will help to deter vehicles and will also provide adequate clearance for pedestrians and wheelchair users.
A fixed point within the entrance, such as a wall, hedge, planter, or fence post, can be used as a starting point for determining the spacing. However, it is important to consider the overall size of the surface and the type of vehicles that will be using it. If you are unsure about how to space them, we can help. Our team of experts can assess your facility and recommend the best spacing for your needs.
