We tailor our cleaning methods to your requirements, taking into account the type of material used for the graffiti (this could be paints, markers or adhesive labels/stickers) along with the type of surface it is on, aiming to restore the defaced surface back to its original condition.

Bubblegum Removal

OUTCO capabilities include the latest methods for bubble gum removal, providing both external and internal bubble gum removal solutions using either high pressure hot water for external cleaning or low pressure steam running off mains for internal bubble gum removal problems.

Bench Cleaning

condition and retouching/repairing as and where appropriate.

Tree Surgery

Our highly experienced and qualified tree surgery teams carry out a full range of tree compliance operations including felling, crown lifting, pollarding, canopy reductions, aerial dismantling, stump grinding and surveys for diseases such as Ash Dieback. OUTCO Tree consultancy services include tree maintenance and management plans, pest and disease inspections, tree planting, and diagnosis and treatment of tree problems.

Tree surveys

OUTCO recommends that tree surveys are carried out on a three-year cycle to ensure all trees on site are in a healthy and safe condition, and to, for example, spot emerging signs of Ash Dieback. An OUTCO tree survey also ensures that none of your trees present a potential liability, and that branches are checked
to ensure clearance of 2.4m over paths, 5m over roads, 1m from all street lighting, traffic signs, traffic lights, street name plates and 2m from windows or
adjacent premises.

Road safety and low branch removal

OUTCO road safety and low branch removal ensures that you comply with the Highways Act 1980 Section 154 in removal of all low branches. Overgrown trees and low branches are constantly monitored, pruned and lopped to ensure that safe and clear pedestrian and vehicular routes are maintained as part of our tree work.

Diseases and invasive plants

OUTCO Grounds Maintenance ensures effective treatment of invasive plants and weeds to ensure any impact is minimised and that you are not liable for invasive plants spreading outside your boundary. Usually this will involve the control of Japanese Knotweed or Giant Hogweed, however we can advise on and treat a full range of invasive plant species from Himilayan Balsam to Ponticum. All action undertaken is conducted in accordance with industry best practice.
