1. Where applicable all services to be delivered to current agreed OUTCO Service Level Agreements (SLA) which are in place with the Customer.
2. Offer valid for all winter services delivered between 1st November 2022 and 31st March 2023
3. Pricing to be held at the current 2021-22 rate for all winter services delivered during winter season 2022-23 which are confirmed in writing and accompanied with a valid Purchase Order by midnight on the 31st July 2022
4. Fixed amounts will be for a full season (1st November 2022 – 31st March 2023), locations which only received partial season service previously will be required to pay at the equivalent full season rate
5. Requests to change billing between packages (cost per visit to fixed cost, or vice versa) will be subject to repricing.
